Cell Phone Repair FAQs

Q. – Do you offer free diagnostics
A. – Yes. Our technicians can diagnose  problems and provide an exact quote for the repair. In cases where a diagnosis can’t be determined immediately we may take the unit in for further testing. Most of our repairs are a flat rate based on the type of problem. We may require your pre-approval prior to working on some types of repairs.

Q. – Is there any warranty on the repair work?
A. – Yes. There is a 30 day warranty on all repairs.

Q. – Can I get an estimate over the phone?
A. – We can give a estimate over the phone for most types of problems. However, there are some situations where we would need to run a through diagnostic prior to giving a quote. A representative will try to assist you as best as possible, when calling for a quote please have the make and model of Phone available

Q. – I have my own replacement parts, can you install them for me?
A. – Yes. We can install your own replacement parts. Please contact us for installation fees. We do not provide any warranty on the parts that are installed if you are providing them

Q. – What form of payment do you accept?
A. – We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) , debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo, Cash. We DO NOT accept checks

Q. – Is the repair work done at the store?
A. – Yes. All work is done at our store in Ocean City. We do not outsource any repair work

Q. – How long do I have to pick up my item?
A – We will hold your item for 8 weeks from the day it was dropped off for repair. You must pick up your item within this 8 week period or it will be considered abandoned and will be disposed

Q. – Do you recycle Phones?
A – Yes. We will securely erase any data prior to recycling. You can drop off your item at any time during normal business hours. There is no charge for recycling of your items

Q. – Do you make house calls?
A. – Not for phone repairs

Q . – Can I sell my Phone to you?
A – Yes. We buy Cell Phones

Q. – If my Phone can’t be fixed do I still have pay anything?
A – No. If we can’t fix your Phone there will be no charge.
